“Remote” is the new normal
This year has taught us to work remotely.
We take full advantage of remote meeting options – this time, remote audit. After submitting the supplier evaluation documentation and process audit form by e-mail, we have a factory tour of our production facilities and audit itself via a video conferencing option. It is a new experience for our quality team and might become a “new normal” form of an audit. We are interested in your opinion, remote video audits “yes” or “no”?
